Comforted by Music....

The other day I went to a another babies funeral...
What Heartache I felt for the family!!! Knowing what true raw heartache they are going thru brings tears to my eyes. One of my goals is to reach out to other Grieving family's. Going to these services I feel selfish walking away, feeling that I was taught and reminded of teachings. Also, being reminded of the bigger picture of the eternites we will have. It brougth Joy to me that the family I learned about have such strong hope and faith. I/We are so foutunate to have faith in the eternities and have teaching that tell us Heaven is so close.
At these services I listened to a Hymn I have never paid much attention too until now...

     Come, Ye Disconsolate

1. Come, ye disconsolate, where’er ye languish;
Come to the mercy seat, fervently kneel.
Here bring your wounded hearts; here tell your anguish.
Earth has no sorrow that heav’n cannot heal.
2. Joy of the desolate, Light of the straying,
Hope of the penitent, fadeless and pure!
Here speaks the Comforter, tenderly saying,
“Earth has no sorrow that heav’n cannot cure.”
3. Here see the Bread of Life; see waters flowing
Forth from the throne of God, pure from above.
Come to the feast of love; come, ever knowing
Earth has no sorrow but heav’n can remove.
Text: Thomas Moore, 1779–1852. Verse three, Thomas Hastings, 1784–1872
Music: Samuel Webbe, 1740–1816

What comfort this song brings, That Heaven will remove our sorrow!
What Joy and Comfort Faith in a Loving Heavenly Father brings us!  I know my son AJ doesnt want me to anguish in sorrow forever. He wants me to Learn and Grow to be with him again someday.
As I was leaving the services a Lady bug landed on my hand. What a beutiful moment!!!
Thank you to the family and thier angel son for teaching me and giving me moments of meditation.  The more than beuttiful musical numbers that greatly touched my soul.
I will forever cherish the opportunity to attend these services!!!
